Upload a file to a patient or encounter.

Steps

1. Open the patient or encounter Files tab.
2. Select the upload action.
3. Choose a file, capture a photo, or record audio.
4. Enter the file name and complete the upload.

📝 Note

If you add multiple images, Care can combine them into one PDF.

Expected Outcome

The file appears in the Files tab when upload completes.
