Overview
A verification is a second confirmation of a consent.
📝 Note
Current Care has no web screen to add, view, or remove verification. The steps document what the system holds.
Pre-requisites
- A consent exists for the encounter.
- You have not verified it before; Care refuses a second verification by the same user.
- You have Update Encounter related clinical data. Admin, Doctor, Nurse, and Facility Admin have it.
Steps
1. Open the consent
Open the encounter, select Consents, then See Details.
2. Add verification
The UI has no verification section. The system data contains:
| Component | What it captures |
|---|---|
| Verification Type | Family for family/representative confirmation, or Validation for patient confirmation. |
| Verified by | Confirming user. |
| Verification date | Confirmation date and time. |
Care permits one verification per user per consent.
3. Remove verification
The UI cannot remove it. The system permits a user to remove only their own verification.
Expected Outcome
- The system holds type, verifier, and timestamp.
- Current Care does not display them.
