Overview

Record a consent and optional supporting documents against an encounter.

Steps

1. Open the encounter and select the Consents tab.
2. Select Add Consent.
3. Enter the consent date, optional validity period, decision, category, status, and note.
4. Add supporting documents if needed and save.

Expected Outcome

Care creates the consent and shows it on the encounter's Consents tab.
