Overview
Link one responsibility to another to record oversight.
Pre-requisites
- You are a super administrator.
- Both responsibilities exist.
- You hold Can Manage Organizations on both.
Steps
1. Open Responsibilities
From Admin, select Organizations, then Responsibilities.
2. Select a responsibility
Open its detail panel and go to Governance.
| List | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Managing Organizations | Responsibilities that oversee this responsibility. |
| Managed Responsibilities | Responsibilities this one oversees. |
3. Add a link
Search below Add Managing Organization or Add Managed Responsibility, select the other responsibility, then select Add.
馃摑 Note
A responsibility cannot manage itself, and duplicate links are blocked.
4. Remove a link
Select the X beside a linked responsibility.
Expected Outcome
The two governance lists show the current oversight links.
