Overview
Deactivate a user account using Care's Delete Account action.
Pre-requisites
- You are a Care superuser.
Steps
1. Open the profile
Open the user profile.
2. Find Danger Zone
At the bottom, find Danger Zone. It appears only to superusers.
3. Start
Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm
Type Delete Account exactly, then select Delete Account or Delete My Account.
Expected Outcome
Care removes an account that never signed in. Otherwise it preserves history, marks the account Archived, and prevents sign-in.

Care has no interface option to reactivate an archived account.
