Overview

Create a government organization under a parent in the Governance hierarchy.

Only a Care superuser can create a government organization.

From Admin, select Organizations, then Governance.

Choose the parent in the tree.

Select Add Organization. The shared form is titled Create Department/Team.

Enter a required, sibling-unique name and an optional description.

Select Create Organization.

Care confirms creation and shows the organization under the selected parent.
