Overview
Add a new responsibility.
Pre-requisites
- You are a super administrator.
Permissions
No role permission grants this action; only a super administrator can create a responsibility.
Steps
1. Open Responsibilities
From Admin, select Organizations, then Responsibilities.
2. Start
Select Create Responsibility.
3. Complete the form
Enter a required name and optional description.
4. Submit
Select Create Responsibility.

Responsibilities form a flat list and have no parent.
Expected Outcome
Care confirms creation and shows the responsibility and its details.
