Overview
Change your own user password or reset it before sign-in.

Administrators cannot reset another user's password.
Steps
A. While signed in
1. Open the form
On your profile, find Reset Password and select Update Password.
2. Enter passwords
Enter the current password, a new password, and confirmation. The new password needs at least eight characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, and a digit.
3. Save
Select Update Password.
B. Forgotten password
4. Request reset
At sign-in, select Forgot password?, enter your username, and select Send Reset Link. If email is unavailable, choose phone reset to receive a one-time password.
5. Set the password
Open the emailed link, enter and confirm the new password, then select Reset.
Expected Outcome
Care updates the password and you can sign in with it.
