Deployments are live CARE instances running in various environments. Each page is the operational dossier for one instance: accountability, application revisions, infrastructure, frontend and backend plugins, security, operations, recovery, risks, and review history. Plugins are linked through the DeploymentPlugins junction table rather than copied into prose.

Adding or reviewing a deployment

  1. Open the CARE deployment dossier template.
  2. Create Deployments/<frontend-domain>; the frontend domain is also the deployment name.
  3. Complete all applicable fields and add one {{DeploymentPlugin}} call per plugin.
  4. Validate the record against the live environment, name the review owner, and only then set documentation_status=verified.
  5. Review production records after material changes and at least quarterly.

Never add credentials, tokens, private keys, connection strings, patient data, private addresses, or access-control bypass instructions. Link to the approved restricted system instead.
