Infobox and semantic annotations for a health facility that uses CARE.

These pages are machine-maintained. They are generated and refreshed from upstream APIs; facilities are not added by hand.

Kerala: https://api.care.kerala.gov.in/api/v1/getallfacilities/ — the live Kerala CARE instance, 2,536 organisations, authoritative. Keyed by Has CARE facility ID (a UUID).
Other states (10BedICU): deployments registry, keyed by Has CARE ID.

The Kerala export carries a full organisation hierarchy (ward → local body → block panchayat → district → state), so district and local_body are reliable for those records. The registry has no such hierarchy, so for 10BedICU records locality holds its free-text place value and district is filled only where it could be established.

Known limitation: no maps yet

This template does not render a map, and coordinates are annotated as two plain numbers (Has latitude and Has longitude) rather than as a Geographic coordinate.

The installed Maps 11.0.1 is incompatible with Semantic MediaWiki 7.0.0: Maps\SemanticMW\CoordinateValue::parseUserValue() no longer matches the parent signature, so both #display_map and any coordinate annotation raise a PHP fatal and the save fails with HTTP 500. The numeric properties are enough to plot facilities from the API in the meantime.
