Flows/Search for a user

Overview

Find a user in an organization, responsibility, department, or facility.

Pre-requisites

You are signed in.
You have Can list Users in Care.

Steps

1. Search within a group

Open its Users tab. Choose Username or Phone Number, enter the value, and browse the matching cards. Cards show the person's designation in that group.

2. Search facility users

Open the facility and select Users. Search by username. This read-only page shows all users with facility access and offers card or list views.

📝 Note

Press Cmd+K, or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux, to focus the search box.

Expected Outcome

Care shows matching users. Select See Details to open a profile; archived users show an Archived badge.
