Steps

  1. Open the purchase delivery and confirm its details and delivered items.
  2. Mark the delivery Pending when it is ready for receipt.
  3. Record the goods actually received and resolve damaged or missing items.
  4. Set the delivery status to Completed.

Expected Outcome

Care adds the received quantities to inventory at the destination location.

📝 Note
For a patient-linked medication return, Care creates a refund invoice and reversed charge items.
