Overview

Change a product definition or retire it. Care has no delete action for catalog entries.

Steps

  1. Open the facility's product catalog and select the entry.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Update its details, or set Status to Retired.
  4. Save the changes.

Expected Outcome

Care updates the catalog entry. Retired entries remain available for historical records but are no longer used for new work.
