Overview

This flow describes how to change the details of a product catalog entry, and how to retire an entry that your facility no longer uses.

Pre-requisites

  • Someone added the catalog entry to the product catalog of your facility.
  • You have the permissions listed below.

Permissions

Permission Access
Can Create Product Knowledge on Facility Lets you create and edit product catalog entries at the facility.

Facility Admin and Admin have this permission.

Steps

1. Open the product catalog

  1. Go to the facility.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Product Knowledge.

2. Open the catalog entry

  1. Find the entry that you want to change.
  2. Click the entry to open it.

3. Edit the details

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Change the fields that you want to update.
