Steps

1. Open Tag config and select the tag.
2. Select Edit.
3. Change its editable fields. The resource type cannot be changed.
4. To retire a root tag, set Status to Archived.
5. Save the changes.

Expected Outcome

Care updates the tag. Archived tags remain on historical records but cannot be newly applied.
