Steps

  1. Open the facility's Templates page and select Create Template.
  2. Enter name, status, template type, matching context, default format, optional description, and Jinja2 template body.
  3. Insert context data fields into the body from the side panel.
  4. Preview the result, then select Save.

Expected Outcome

Care reports "Template saved" and opens the new template in the builder.
